The purpose of the Boy Scouts of America is to provide for boys and young adults an effective educational program designed to build desirable qualities of character; to train in the responsibilities of participating citizenship; and to develop personal fitness.

• To provide this program, Cub Scouts are divided into Packs.

• Each Pack serves its local community. 

• Pack 512 serves the communities of Blaine and Coon Rapids.

• Each pack is individually owned by a Charter Organization.

• Pack 512's Charter Organization is University Avenue PTO.
